When you use Vopop, the process is as follows:
We do not collect any facial data or biometric identifiers whatsoever. When you upload a photo to create a video, the App temporarily detects facial landmarks only to align your face with the chosen template. As soon as the video is generated (typically within seconds), both the original photo and these temporary landmarks are automatically and permanently deleted. No facial information is stored, shared, or used for tracking, identification, profiling, advertising, or any other function.
Vopop does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal identifiers. Specifically, we do not collect:
The photos you upload are used exclusively to generate videos within the App. They are processed temporarily and deleted right after the video is created. Generated videos are saved to your device’s photo library only if you opt to save them. Beyond the temporary rendering process, we do not access, store, upload, or share your photos or videos.
The App utilizes trusted third-party AI rendering services to generate videos. These services temporarily process your photo on their servers solely to create the video and do not retain any user data once the process is complete. No personal information is shared with these third-party providers.
We may collect limited, anonymized, and aggregated usage data (for example, app crashes, feature usage statistics) to enhance the App’s performance and stability. This data cannot identify individual users and is not linked to any personal information.

Vopop is not designed for use by children under 18 years of age (or the applicable age limit in your region). We do not intentionally collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately.
We do not retain any user-uploaded photos or facial data. All temporary data is deleted immediately after video generation. Uninstalling the App will remove any locally cached data from your device.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data. Data is only shared with third-party rendering providers under strict confidentiality agreements, and solely for the purpose of generating your video—these providers do not retain any of your data.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data.
